ImmersaView's Sol7 software in conjunction with ArKaos's GrandVJ software was recently install in a new and exciting nightclub in Mexico city.

ImmersaView’s Sol7 software in conjunction with ArKaos’s GrandVJ* software was recently install in a new and exciting nightclub in Mexico city. Using six projectors, real-time visuals were synronised to the music providing a truly immersive and entaining visual environment, enhance the evening’s experience.

Providing a single visual experience on different projection spaces

Using GrandVJ* from ArKaos our customer composed their own video show which was in sync with the music played at the venue. To correctly fill all of the projection spaces, there were a number of challenges where Sol7 assisted with the alignment of the image sources:

• location and placement issues of the projectors
• need for standard commercially available short throw projection devices
• linear mapping onto a cubic space

Sol7 was able to provide linear mapping onto a cubic surface as well as advanced keystone control over a total of 6 short throw projectors, all one media serving PC.
